These terms govern your use of aismatic.com. They are not the terms under which we deliver client work — that is always covered by a separate signed agreement, and if anything here conflicts with such an agreement, the signed agreement controls.

An unsolicited message does not create a confidentiality obligation on our part and does not create a client relationship — if you need confidentiality before we have an agreement, ask us and we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and the unenforceable provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aismatic LLC regarding this website. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
